The 2023 fashion season got off to a wonderful start with Debonair Afrik’s recently finished “The Editor’s Meet Fashion Brunch” in Ghana. The “De Renaissance of Disco” event was a lavish tribute to the disco era and was celebrated in style and splendor. With everyone dressed to the nines, it saw a lot of fashion industry creatives and stakeholders network and participate in discussions about fashion.
The Fitzgerald in Accra hosted TEM Brunch on January 2, 2023. The event was attended by prominent figures from Ghana’s fashion and creative industries as well as artists from other African nations and the diaspora. Titi Owusu, DJ Pizaro, DJ Stunt, DJ Slybeatz, the Legendary, Kwabena Kwabena and DJ Lissa Monet all performed at the TEM Brunch 2023
A panel discussion on “The Impact Of Storytelling For The Future Of Africa” moderated by Nana Agyemang featured Kuukua Eshun, Paul Ninson, Rachel Johnson, and Tolu Ayeni.
Produced by Debonair Afrik Studios and supported by GH Mumm Champagne, Wax Print Media, Men’s Cook, Scents of Africa, Dilma Gh, Sankofa Snacks, Every Stylish Girl (ESG), Tama Cosmetics, Designed By JR, Tinsel Events, and hosted by Vanessa Gyan did all the justice in setting the tone for the fashion year.
