Joselyn Dumas, an award-winning Ghanaian actress and humanitarian, is featured in the GQ South Africa Magazine. Joselyn discusses her obsession since the outbreak of the epidemic. She discusses her foundation’s philanthropic activities in small communities including educating young girls about menstruation hygiene, supplying hand sanitizers, veronica buckets for handwashing stations, and a few other things. Joselyn’s preoccupation with beauty is another one of her obsessions.

She also discusses how she quit law to pursue acting and how she has no regrets.
“It became second nature to me to portray Jennifer,” Joselyn says of her fantastic experience on set while filming Adam’s Apples, a TV series in which she played Jennifer Adams.
As she discusses what she has learned from life at the age of 41, Joselyn adds, “No matter what you do, people are still going to talk about you, and if you live according to their opinions, you’ll get stuck in fear.”

Joselyn has appeared in a number of films and television series both local and international.Shampaign, V Republic, 40 & Single, and the Nigerian series Lekki Wives, as well as the Nigerian film Cold Feet, Love or Something Like That, A Sting in a Tale, A Northern Affair and Potato Potahto which is on Netflix.
