Lemonades – “A Detox Cure Variant”

Detoxifying is the removal of harmful substances such as toxin or poison or to render a harmful substance harmless. It lies in eliminating toxins. The accumulation of toxins in the body result in chronic diseases such as cancer and the treatment of these diseases should begin with a detoxifying cure.

Lemonade

It’s a good idea to start the day with a glass of lemonade just after waking up. Plain lemon water, whole lemon lemonade, or anti-inflammatory lemonade are all options. Only freshly squeezed lemon juice and water should be used to make lemon water. It’s possible to use a non-caloric sweetener. Stevia or other caloric sweeteners like sugar cane syrup or maple syrup are examples.

It’s best to start with half a lemon or less per glass and gradually increase the concentration of the lemon water. With each passing day, the lemon proportion can be gradually raised.

Whole Lemon Lemonade, Anti-Inflammatory Lemonade, and Non-Alcholic Capirinha are some examples of lemonades.
